Even before the pandemic, CCOs were stepping up with new forms of leadership amid a wave of enterprise transformation. Then, in 2020, a series of events, kicked off by COVID and continuing with the war in Ukraine, began to transform the role of CCOs. While the foundational need for strong communication leadership remains as critical as ever, the CCO’s remit is expanding to include matters such as ESG, HR and the future of work, and brand management.

The afternoon will also include a moderated panel discussion, refreshments, and the opportunity to network with peers and share insights.
