Page Conversation on Post-Election Discourse

As the United States general election approaches and civil discourse becomes even more polarized, senior communicators must plan how their enterprise will navigate difficult discussions in the workplace. On Monday, October 19, at 1 p.m. ET, Bob Feldman, vice chair of ICF Next, will lead a discussion about what CCOs need to do between now and November 3 to prepare for post-election dialogue inside their organizations. Bob is also director of The Dialogue Project, a global study of how business can improve civil discourse. He will be joined by Jano Cabrera, CCO of General Mills, and Linda Rutherford, SVP & CCO of Southwest Airlines, who will contribute their learnings and best practices. The first half of this Page Conversation will be recorded for later viewing. The discussion portion of the call will abide by Chatham House Rules. If you have any questions about Page Conversations, please contact Nicole Graney.
