Page Conversation on DE&I in a Post-Affirmative Action World

The recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on affirmative action calls for significant changes in college admissions processes. While the ruling is narrowly focused on higher education, many organizations fear it will complicate, if not impede efforts to diversify the workplace. While some organizations are speaking out, others are reviewing their diversity, equity and inclusion plans more generally.

On Thursday, July 13, at 1-2 p.m. ET, join a conversation moderated by Charlene Wheeless, founder and CEO of Charlene Wheeless LLC, featuring Juan Suarez, vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Southwest Airlines. We will discuss the implications of the ruling for businesses and organizations in the United States, and ways that communications leaders can ensure DE&I remains a priority.

Page Conversations are virtual events that give Page and Page Up members a forum to discuss critical topics that are impacting their enterprises and the role of the CCO. If you have any questions, please contact JT Conway.
