As Spotify’s founding CMO, Seth Farbman helped the company grow more than ten-fold to almost 200 million customers in 65 countries– becoming the world’s largest music streaming service. Seth managed Spotify’s B2C and B2B marketing teams, as well as the communications, customer support, brand, creative and design, marketing sciences and analytics teams. In 2018, he was named the World’s Most Innovative CMO by Business Insider. Prior to Spotify, Seth was CMO at Gap, where he helped lead a turnaround that increased the company’s market value threefold, and was co-founder and president of OgilvyEarth. He started his career as a journalist.
