Carmella Glover, Page’s director of DE&I will moderate a panel of communications executives, including Bradley Akubuiro, Partner at Bully Pulpit Interactive, Paul Saiedi, U.S. Executive Vice President, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Edelman and Nyree Wright, Senior Vice President of Public Relations at TV One Networks to discuss what emerging communications professionals can do to influence the future of work in their organization and how to have authentic, constructive conversations about workplace equity, inclusivity and belonging without fear of hampering their career aspirations. 

Following the panel, we’ll break into small groups to continue the discussion, where we hope you’ll share your thoughts and experiences with the emerging communications professionals in attendance. It is in these more intimate sessions where growing leaders often share personal anecdotes linking you to the real accounts of rising professionals of color. This portion of the program allows you to serve in a mentorship capacity and offers the opportunity to hear outside perspectives as well.
