So, in 2018, they embarked on an effort to better understand the needs of their employees and resolve some of the pain points that make life at work difficult. They’ve mapped out the end-to-end Employee Journey for employees and have developed an initial view of how well the company is performing against each. They’ve also created Working Styles and Mindsets that will help them focus on the unique needs of our workforce. As they establish a more robust Employee Insights capability, they will connect disparate employee data to deliver valuable insights to drive decisions.
